David H. Heller, Founder and President, has had over 30 years experience in various management capacities, including Vice President, Planning and Administration for Burns International Security Services, Inc. from 1973 to 1983, as well as Vice President of Pinkerton's, Inc. from 1984 to 1988. He was co-founder of United Security Group Inc. in New York City from 1989 to 1991. In each role, he stressed profit optimization, consistent with prudent company growth.

Throughout his career he has been in charge of acquisition programs, strategic planning and budgeting systems for major corporations. He has served in various operations and administrative management capacities, having had responsibility for mission-critical areas such as insurance/risk management, financial reporting, performance-measurement, control systems and purchasing programs.

David earned his Undergraduate Degree from Hunter College and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.

Marc I. Heller, CPA, Vice President, has had over years experience in various financial management capacities. He served in public accounting specializing in both tax and audit for Deloitte & Touche, Chicago from 1992 to 1995. From 1995 to 2004, Marc served in increasingly responsible financial positions, most recently as Controller for a division of Abbott Laboratories. During his career at Abbott, he focused on both domestic and international manufacturing and distribution operations. Marc has been able to transfer this knowledge to interpret overhead absorption as it relates to security guard company activities and as it affects decisions made in the area of incremental investment and pricing strategy. Additional concentrations are in the establishment and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies and procedures.

Marc earned his Undergraduate Degree from Michigan State University and obtained his CPA certification from the University of Illinois.
